August Meeting 2010
Kevin Larson had an emergence call and was unable to make our August
meeting but Bob was there explain to us about permits needed by members
to keep and sell reptiles. The JHS has a permit that covers any
member that brings there reptile pet to our meeting or our MVP program
but Bob told us that we will need our own Class lll permit if we sell
any of our reptiles while we are at the MOSH. Many of our members
brought there favor reptiles to the meeting and set them up on tables
supplied by the MOSH. After Bobs talk about permit requirements we had
many MOSH visitors walking around our reptile tables to see and touch
real live reptiles. Three new members signed up. That's what we are
about, educating the public about reptiles. Turned out to be a great
meeting for all.
