Brief Life History:   I am 16 yrs old, in 11th grade.  I love animals. We have always had assorted pets. From hamsters, rabbits and ferrets, to cats, dogs and birds. If it needed a home, we took it in. Since I have developed allergies, we cant have a bunch of furry or feathered pets anymore. So now my family takes in reptiles. I will have to admit, I am not that fond of reptiles. I like my brothers geckos and a few of our corn snakes are ok, but most creep me out to much to hold.  Its kind of hard to snuggle with a snake. LOL But I will hold a few of the ones we have. I just cant watch when they eat. Eww!
 

Primary herp interests:   I don't have a big interest in reptiles. I guess my primary interest is in supporting my brothers and they love geckos and snakes.  Of the reptiles we have, the geckos are the cutest, to me.    
 

Why did you join the JHS and what do you want to get out of your membership?  I joined JHS because my parents signed up for the family membership. But I do hope to meet a lot of cool people in the group.
 

What has been your favorite JHS experience?   I haven't participated in any JHS activities yet. I go to school full time and work so any free time I can find I usually spend with my friends.
