Brief Life History: Born & raised at the beaches. Pre-real estate career included seven years in marketing as a personal manager of recording artists. Clients included Grammy® winner Rob Thomas of Matchbox Twenty. The industry heavyweights he was in contact with read like a Who’s Who of the music business: managers and agents representing The Counting Crows, Pearl Jam, Madonna, Dave Matthews Band, Alanis Morrissette, The Dixie Chicks, Hootie & The Blowfish and major executives including the Presidents of Capitol Records, Columbia Records Group, and Madonna’s Maverick Records. After retiring from the music industry in 1997 at age 27, joined CompuStaff Consulting Group, Inc. as an officer and recruiter. Went on to become the number one recruiter in the history of the firm. He became President of the company in 1999. When not out selling real estate at the beach, I enjoy working on written fiction and film projects.

Primary herp interests:  Indigenous turtle species. Collected turtles since childhood. Have constructed indoor and outdoor enclosures up to 2,000+ gallon ponds. Have owned Common, Florida & Alligator snapper, softshell, Florida & Northern Red Belly turtles.

Why did you join the JHS and what do you want to get out of your membership?  Its fun to meet other turtle geeks (ha ha).

What has been your favorite JHS experience? Finding a good home for the adult alligator snapper that I had up for adoption.
